Game Posters
At my internship at AtHand (Gamification company) I had to make a lot of gamedesigns like backgrounds, characters and posters. These are all the games I worked on:
1. Heroes, a game about a hero saving a city
2. SuperStars, a superstar getting to the top of the tower
3. Investigators, Investigate a murder as a detective
4. Globetrotters, traveling the world
5. The Hub, an office
6. Champs, sports game
Gamification at work is the application of a “layer of play” over the normal activities, in combination with remuneration mechanisms to promote their exercise. Based on various gaming mechanisms, players or participants acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to complete work-related tasks in good order. Completing challenges, seeing and experiencing result combined with the interaction that takes place, act as an incentive to achieve further progress.
Gamedesign Characters
I had to make different character designs for AtHand as my first assignment that they didn't have already, so I made a Sumo for Champs, some new elements for Globetrotters like a headscarf and a better blonde hair and a K-pop character for SuperStars.
AtHand Staff Members as Pixel Characters
As my own project while being at AtHand was making pixel characters for my report for school. It was super fun to make and all my colleagues were very suprised.
The Hub Backgrounds
I did some little thing for the backgrounds of the game The Hub. It is an office with different stages in the building, like the lunch room, the lounge and the meetingroom. I made some of the characters and background elements.
Poly Designs
Poly was a brand that I made some designs for while working for AtHand. It is a brand that sell headphones and earpieces. I couldn't show a lot since they didn't want that.
Menu
With Christmas I had to make a menu that would be used in the lunch room in the building, so I had to work fast and make it fancy.
