Disney Posters
This was my first assignment in Illustrator. We had to make a poster for Disney with the words disney is where the magic is and we had to illustrate something that is associated with Disney. I chose to use some elements from my favorite Dinsey movies. The apple from Snow White, the spinningwheel from Aurora, the shell from Ariel (the little mermaid) and the hook from Peter Pan.
Magazine
We had to make a magazine as an assignment for Indesign. It could be about anything you wanted so I chose to do a gaming magazine, since I love to game.
Marco Janssen
Groentechniek
Marco Janssen Groentechniek is a brand that sells proffesional machines for gardens and backyards. I made the logo playful yet proffesional. Using one colour to make you focus on the name. I also made a cactus design to show that it has to do something with green and gardens.
Disney Banners
As my second assignment for photoshop we had to make different sizes of banners for Disneyworld. It makes you think about what is the most important text/button that you need on the banner when it gets smaller and smaller.
Photoshop Designs
These are some fun projects I did at school.
1. We had to make a wall design that would be actually printed for the walls at school and for the bathroomdoors. We had to pick a colour theme and that was green and purple. It also had to be something to do with Amsterdam.

Kumoop
Kumoop is a brand about me that I made up. Kumoop stands for Monica's Kunstverkoop. I love making art so I thought to make a bussiness out of it. My name is Monica Klant and here in the Netherlands we call (klant means custumer in english) ''De Klant is Koning" (The Custumer is King) so I made a crown under my name inbetween some painters brushes.
Crumble & Crust
I had to make designs for a fake coffee and bread brand called Crumble and Crust. I choose for a simple design using a coffee cup and a bread on the cup.
Book Cover
This was the first time I made a bookcover also making a new logo for on the book. We had to choose a book that already excists and redesign the cover and back. I chose the book IT, I loved the story and wanted to make the bookcover simple and easy to look at. You can immediatly see that it is a bloody story, cause of the letters.
Website
I made a Indesign design for a website. I chose to make a website about DC Comics. It was the first time designing a website.
Filosloof App
We had a show called Filosloof and after the show they asked our class to make a interactive app to use while watching the show. The show was about philosophy, so you can answer questions they ask on the app and play minigames after the show.
